MaxiMaaz

We've shot Goa's properties from the drone down to the plate. Most of them still weren't full.

Because a photograph doesn’t fill a room. A channel does: the right thing posted to the right audience at the right point in their season, month after month, including the months everyone else goes quiet.
MaxiMaaz builds that channel. And yes — we shoot everything that goes on it.

Scroll

The most valuable thing your property owns isn't the building.

Hospitality sells one promise: this place is unlike any other. Then the content flattens it — same drone push, same pool at the same hour, same slow pour, same borrowed audio. Scroll the coast and you could swap ten grids without anyone noticing.

An agency and a content calendar don’t fix that. Finding the one thing about your property that can’t be copied does.

Your property is one of a kind. So should be your feed.

Positioning

We uncover what makes your property genuinely different—and build everything around it.

Recognition

If someone recognises your content before they see your logo, the brand is doing its job.

Consistency

A successful channel isn't built by one great shoot. It's built by showing up with purpose, month after month.

Your greatest competitive advantage isn't a lower rate—it's giving people a reason to remember your property before they compare it.

How we work

Strategy first. Then the camera.

  1. 01

    First Days of Obsession

Seven to ten days, before a single frame is shot. How you actually operate. Who your guest actually is. Who you compete with directly — and who you're quietly losing to, which is usually the bigger leak. Where every competitor on the coast has stopped short. And the one thing you have that none of them can claim.

What lands on day ten — your playbook

    • Positioning line and point of view
    • UVP, in a sentence you'd defend
    • Direct and indirect competitive map
    • Guest and audience profile
    • Three content pillars
    • Format and cadence architecture
    • Ninety-day calendar structure
    • The metrics we agree to be judged on

Nothing gets published in these ten days. We're taking over accounts, pulling access back from your previous agency or tools, and reading your own data before forming an opinion. Any agency that starts posting on day two is guessing — and you pay for that guess in month three.

  2. 02

    The Shot Plan

Only now do we build a shoot. Every frame on the call sheet traces back to a pillar and a platform. Nothing gets shot because it looks nice. It gets shot because a specific slot in the next ninety days of the calendar needs it.

  3. 03

One Shoot Day. Every Month. No Exceptions.

Most agencies shoot properties once and spend the next eleven months re-cutting it. We do it every month — one full production day, drone to plate, graded in-house. Agencies charging several times our retainer still won't put a camera on site monthly.

Shooting monthly is what keeps the calendar honest: it responds to what worked last month, not to what we guessed in January.

  4. 04

    The Grind

    Calendar & Publishing

Monthly calendar, copywriting, hooks, formats, scheduling. Plus the unglamorous work that decides the outcome: profile architecture, highlight structure, and a clean path from bio link to booking engine.

  5. 05

    Plan – Adapt – Repeat

    Read, Cut, Rebuild

Monthly reporting against the metrics that actually correlate with revenue — saves, shares, profile visits, link taps, direct enquiries. What works gets more budget. What doesn't gets cut. Every quarter the strategy is rewritten against real numbers, not instinct.

The part that's hardest to copy

Anyone can buy a drone. Very few can grade. Our house grade was built here and it travels — every file that leaves MaxiMaaz studio runs through the same colour pipeline, whether it was shot in January or last Tuesday.

That’s why twelve months of your content looks like one film, and not twelve freelancers on a shared deadline.

This is one month of content. There are eleven more.

Most agencies shoot once and re-cut it for a year. We’re on your property every month — which is why nothing in your feed is ever more than thirty days old, and why month nine doesn’t look like month one recycled.
