☐ Correct account
☐ Correct format
☐ Cover / thumbnail

02. METRICOOL
Use Metricool as the primary scheduling and publishing platform.
Workflow:
Upload → Select Account → Add Creative → Caption → Publishing Details → Schedule → Verify
Check the preview before scheduling.
03. PUBLISHING
Where direct posting is required, use the Maximaaz work phone.
The work phone exists so Account Managers can manage client social accounts without relying on personal devices.
04. AFTER PUBLISHING
Confirm:
☐ Post is live
☐ Creative displays correctly
☐ Caption is correct
☐ Tags / collaborators work
☐ No obvious publishing errors
Publishing is not complete until the live post has been checked.
04 — MONTHLY ANALYTICS & REPORTING SOP
Purpose: Turn social media performance into useful insights for the client and the next month’s planning.
TOOLS
Metricool — Primary analytics and reporting
Meta Business Suite — Platform-level Instagram/Facebook insights
01. COLLECT
Review:
- Reach
- Views
- Engagement
- Shares
- Saves
- Follower growth
- Profile activity
- Top-performing content
- Underperforming content
02. ANALYSE
Ask:
What worked?
What didn’t?
What patterns do we see?
Which formats / topics performed best?
What should we do more of?
What should we change?
03. REPORT
The monthly report should show:
Performance → Key Content → Learnings → Recommendations
Avoid reporting numbers without context.
The client should understand what happened and what we recommend doing next.
04. FEED IT BACK
Analytics should influence the next content plan.
Report → Learn → Adjust → Create
05 — CAMPAIGNS & EVENTS SOP
Purpose: Manage social media requirements around launches, campaigns and events.
01. DEFINE
Before planning content, understand:
- Objective
- Audience
- Key message
- Dates
- Client requirements
- Deliverables
02. PLAN
Think in three stages:
BEFORE → DURING → AFTER
Identify:
- Reels
- Posts
- Stories
- Event coverage
- Required shoots
- Creatives
- Publishing schedule
- Team responsibilities
03. EXECUTE
Keep the client and internal team aligned.
Confirm that:
☐ Content requirements are clear
☐ Shoot requirements are clear
☐ Responsibilities are assigned
☐ Deadlines are known
☐ Approvals are moving
04. AFTER
Don’t let the campaign end when the event ends.
Look for:
- Recap content
- Highlights
- Reactions
- Best moments
- Follow-up content
- Performance
DEFINITION OF DONE
The campaign/event is complete when:
Required content is delivered + published + client requirements are closed + performance is reviewed where applicable.
